10 Things Meant to Intrigue You

Recently I’ve come across several websites and articles that have inspired and intrigued me, so I thought I’d share a few with you. Upon doing so, I realized that my friend and former teammate in Africa {Alex of The Delighted People} has begun posting weekly “Lunchtime Links” featuring things she has enjoyed, and I thought “brilliant”! So I sort of stole her idea. Sorry, Alex.

  1. To compensate, don’t miss Alex’s beautiful description, photographs and helpful tips about Iceland. Iceland is constantly competing for the #1 spot on my Bucket List. And after reading about her time there, it just might have edged out being in Prague at Christmas for good.
  2. If you’re as big of a Harry Potter nerd as I am, you’ll enjoy these fan theories.
  3. Read David Oyelowo’s interview about Christians not abandoning Hollywood. But first, go watch this video so you know how to pronounce his name (thanks Brad Pitt).
  4. Looking to de-clutter in 2016? Throw these things away.
  5. If you haven’t listened to the Hamilton Soundtrack yet, you are missing out!
  6. Solohope was recently featured in Sevenly’s Causebox! Read this interview with Solohope’s founder and my friend, Emilee.
  7. Here’s why missionaries can never go home again.
  8. Looking for an out-of-the-box place to spend the night? You’re in luck!
  9. Amazingly enough, there are free things to do at Disney World.
  10. And finally, if you’re a photographer who loves to travel, I highly recommend investing in this backpack. It’s stylish and practical, lightweight and comfortable, and not as bulky as so many camera bags are. With space for my laptop, camera, a few lenses and then some, I carried it all over Italy. Need proof?

I’m not sure how this turned into a commercial for Johansen bags, but I don’t hate it.
